Established in 2000, we are an independent Aboriginal family owned and operated funeral home serving the Awabakal, Worimi, and Wonnaru Nations.

Our Family comes from Manilla, Maneela, Muneela meaning "winding river" or "round-about", 50kms North-west of Tamworth - living On Gamilaraay land along the Manilla River, as it feeds into the mighty Naomi River.

The compassionate staff at Aboriginal Funerals provide individual funeral services designed to meet the needs of each person with cultural sensitivity and awareness.

Our staff are always available for a yarn, offering advice and support every step of the way. We take care of our brothers and sisters as though they are one of our own; we keep our costs affordable without compromising our beliefs and traditions. Arrangements can be carried out in the privacy of your home or in one of our offices.
